SAPP Youth stages peaceful protest over RCI report

KOTA KINABALU, November 17, 2014: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Youth yesterday held a peaceful protest in Chong Thien Vun Park and Gaya Street, calling for the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report to be tabled as soon as possible.

Despite the big presence of police, it did not dampen the spirit of more than 100 participants who braved the Sunday heat in the morning holding banners and placards.

SAPP to hold assembly to press for release of RCI report

KOTA KINABALU, November 11, 2014: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) will be conducting a peaceful assembly on Nov 16 to press for the release of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report on illegal immigrants in Sabah.

Its Youth Chief, Jamain Sarudin, said the peaceful assembly at 9am would see where participants assemble at Taman Chong Thien Vun before proceeding to Dataran Deasoka.

SAPP: Release findings of RCI to the public

KOTA KINABALU, August 11, 2014: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Youth demands that the findings of the Royal Commission of Inquiry ( RCI) on the Sabah illegal immigrants be made public.

A peaceful gathering to ask why the findings have not yet been made public was organised here in Lintasan Deasoka, Kota Kinabalu (Gaya Street) by some twenty youths led by its Youth Chief, Edward Dagul.

Sabah RCI: Govt sent wrong message to people

KOTA KINABALU, June 21, 2013: Former Chief Minister Datuk Yong Teck Lee warned that if there is no solution to the illegal immigrants issue, local Sabahans, especially the Kadazandusun-Murut (KDM), who feel that their homeland is being taken over by immigrants with the connivance of the Federal Government are fuelling the SSKM (Sabah Sarawak Keluar Malaysia) sentiment.
