SAPP teruskan tradisi kunjung mengunjung Aidilfitri

KOTA KINABALU, 23 Ogos 2012: Kemeriahan Hari Raya Aidilfitri masih dirasa manakala tradisi kunjung mengunjung diteruskan diseluruh pelusuk negeri ini.

Tradisi yang mengeratkan silaturrahim itu sentiasa diamalkan dan menjadi keutamaan kepada para penduduk dalam kawasan Dewan Undangan Negeri Luyang setiap kali musim perayaan tiba.

Justeru itu, hubungan erat diantara Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Luyang Melanie Chia dengan para penduduk terutamanya di Kampung Kopungit, di sini, sentiasa kukuh ekoran kunjungan kerap wakil rakyat itu.

"Saya merasa amat berbesar hati apabila mendapat jemputan daripada para penduduk Kampung Kopungit untuk bersama-sama dengan mereka meraikan Hari Raya Aidilfitri pada tahun ini.

"Mereka sentiasa mengingati saya malah tidak putus-putus menjemput saya memeriahkan perayaan Hari Raya Aidilfitri pada setiap tahun," katanya.

Katanya, tradisi kunjung mengunjung disamping mengeratkan perpaduan turut menjalin rasa hormat menghormati dikalangan rakyat berbilang kaum di negeri ini.

Beliau berkata, usaha penduduk Kampung Kopungit mengadakan rumah terbuka dengan menjemput kaum lain sama-sama merayakan Hari Raya Aidilfitri pada tahun ini dan tahun-tahun sebelumnya merupakan satu tindakan baik kearah mengeratkan perpaduan.

Katanya, kehadiran ramai penduduk kampung pada majlis itu menjadikan suasana perayaan bertambah meriah.

Katanya, berdasarkan kehadiram ramai penduduk kampung pada rumah terbuka Haji Daud Karmin dan isteri, perpaduan dikalangan penduduk Kampung Kopungit jelas semakin erat.

Turut sama memeriahkan rumah terbuka itu antaranya Ketua Kampung Kopungit Kiun Solidau dan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kemajuan dan Keselamatan Kampung (JKKK) Kampung Kopungit Peter Aloysius.
