Jeti aib Kota Kinabalu memerlukan tindakan segera

KOTA KINABALU, Februari 5, 2013: SAPP CLC N17 Tanjung Aru yang diketuai Pengerusinya, Datuk Richard Yong We Kong bersama ahli Jawatankuasanya, telah membuat tinjauan bersabit dengan aduan tentang keadaan aib jeti dibelakang Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu.

Jeti yang memang sudah begitu lama dibina dan setiap hari digunakan oleh penduduk penduduk Pulau persekitaran dan termasuklah pelancong pelancung tempatan dan luar negeri, berkeadaan amat mengaibkan dan membahayakan.

Menggunakan Jeti ini pengguna pengguna terpaksa mengambil risiko yang tinggi.

Difahamkan jeti ini tidak pernah diperbaiki dan dipantau oleh pihak pihak berkuasa tempatan. Apa tah lagi dari wakil wakil Yang Berhormat yang selalu mengakui mereka selalu turun padang? Ternyata Jetty ini telah terbiar begitu lama tanpa dipedulikan. Ini menunjukan proses pembangunan yang tidak seimbang.

Menghayati keadaan aib jeti ini, Datuk Richard Yong, memberi harapan bahawa SAPP akan mengambil tindakan untuk memulakan pembinaan semula Jetti tersebut dalam masa 60 hari sebaik diberi mandat untuk menubuh kerajaan baru di Sabah.
