SAPP's Petition on hospital was turned down

Kota Kinabalu, Nov 8, 2009: The attempt by Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) to hand over the petition on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport VIP Terminal, Saturday was not entertained.

The SAPP delegation led by Secretary-General Datuk Richard Yong together with Information Chief, Chong Pit Fah and Youth Chief, Edward Dagul was advised by the Political Secretary to the Prime Minister, Datuk Mohamad Fatmi Che Salleh to do it another time!

They intended to hand over the petition containing more than 4,000 signatures calling for the Federal Government to take immediate action on the QEH problem as soon as Najib arrived here.
