SAPP president Yong Teck Lee accepts his first electoral defeat in 8 outings, and vows to continue his 'Sabah for Sabahan' struggle.

"Yes, this is my first defeat in Batu Sapi. But our party values number six as it means 'resilience'. You fall, and you get up again,"

"You will fight and fight until you win, until you achieve autonomy for Sabah and a better deal for Sabah."

KEPAYAN: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Kepayan Constituency Liaison Committee (CLC) led by its chairman Chong Pit Fah and Moyog CLC chairman Danim @ Aloysius Siap today paid a Chinese New Year visit to Donggongon township in Penampang.

During the visit and walkabout, the SAPP entourage accompanied by its CLC members distributed Chinese New Year invitation cards inviting the local folks there to attend the party's CNY 2012 Open House on 24 February 2012 (2nd day of the Chinese Lunar Year) at SM Kian Kok, Likas, Kota Kinabalu.

Their presence received warm response from the people there.

Much to their surprise, some of the people also asked for the SAPP party flags, t-shirts and even the bags used to carry the greeting cards.
