SAPP greets city folks

SAPP President Datuk Seri Yong Teck Lee greets a lady retailer at the Kampung Air shopping area while David Chong looks onKOTA KINABALU, 5 Feb 2010: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) leaders visited the Kampung Air shopping area, here, distributing Chinese New Year greeting cards to retailers and members of the public.

SAPP President Datuk Seri Yong Teck Lee and other party leaders took the opportunity to greet retailers and public members during the visit, which was made in conjunction with the coming Lunar New Year on Feb 14.

The party also invited public members to attend the SAPP Chinese New Year 2010 Open House (Xin Chun 2010) to be held at the Kian Kok Middle School on Feb 15 from 10am to 1pm.

SAPP Treasurer General Datuk Wong Yit Ming, Supreme Councillor cum Api-Api Central Liaison Committee (CLC) Chairman Datuk David Chong as well as SAPP Api-Api CLC Committee Members, Youth and Wanita accompanied Yong making the rounds, yesterday.

Oil Royalty Warrants Review - Kota Kinabalu (20 November 2008): State Government has been urged to initiate a review of the 1976 Petroleum Agreement between the State and Federal Government with the view to revise the oil royalty from five percent to no less than 20 per cent.
