SAPP Likas visits Charity Homes

KOTA KINABALU, Jan 3, 2012: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Likas CLC Women's movement led by Datin Seri Panglima Stella Yong, wife of its party president visited the Cheshire Home and Bakti Harapan in Likas to hand over goodies and donations in conjunction with the New Year celebration.

She was accompanied by Likas Assemblyman, Datuk Liew Teck Chan (deputy president and Likas CLC chairman) and his wife Datin Chu Yun Moi together with CLC members.

Cheshire Home and Bakti Harapan has 72 inmates, ages between 18 to 64 years old are care and rehabilitation centres for the physically handicapped, mentally retarded, autistics and spastics.

The charity visits are part of the party's Likas CLC annual welfare programmes.

Also present were SAPP CLC Likas Organising Secretary Chin Vui Kai, Likas Ketua Wanita Connie Liau, :Likas Youth Chief Voo Choon Vun, Likas Vice Chairman Simon Liew.
