2009 Jun 25 - Malaysian Government on Pinoy claim
Malaysian Government on Pinoy claim
Kuala Lumpur, June 25,
2009: The Prime Minister's Dept has yet to come out with a permanent
solution to refute the ownership claim on Sabah by a certain group
representing the Sulu Sultanate. However, it said that the Malaysian
government is firm on its stand not to entertain such unfounded
claim to a question from Member of Parliament for Tawau Datuk Dr
Chua Soon Bui on whether the government have any permanent solution
to refute such "claim".
On the case of flag burning in Lahad Datu, the police is still
waiting for further instruction from the Attorney-General's office,
which has taken a surprisingly long time.
